Information on accessibility

FLYERALARM GmbH strives to make its websites accessible in accordance with the national and European legal provisions of the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG) and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

This information on digital accessibility applies to our website www.flyeralarm.com .

Description of the service

We offer a wide selection of customizable print and marketing products. We also offer a print data and design service for creating print data tailored to your individual needs, as well as digital marketing services.

During the ordering process, you also have the option of purchasing additional services for some of our products. These are primarily digital add-ons. These digital add-ons include, for example, the ability to use the layout of a flyer you ordered from us for an online advertisement on your social media profile. This digital add-on is called "Book a social media ad" or "Advertise with Google." We offer this add-on service for the social media platforms Facebook and Instagram, as well as for the Google service. These add-ons are not available for every product.

If you would like to purchase digital marketing services, you will be redirected to the webshop www.flyeralarm.digital , which is also operated by FLYERALARM GmbH on a separate domain.

In addition to these additional services, we also offer a professional data check for a fee.

Description and explanations necessary to understand the performance of the service

To order from our online shop, you need a customer account. The registration process for a customer account is currently designed to be as accessible as possible. You can start registering a customer account by clicking on the button depicting a person in the top right corner of the website with the description "Customer Account." You can use this button to log in to an existing customer account or register a new one.

We offer individual products in various combinations (e.g., in terms of material, dimensions, colors) and quantities. Therefore, you must make your selection based on the options available for each product.

As part of your order in our online shop, you will generally also be required to upload a separate file containing your desired print data. Within the file containing your print data, you can store the images, labels, etc. you require for the respective product. The technical requirements that the respective print file must meet for your selected product can be found in the data sheets, which are available as PDF files for each product during the ordering process. For some products, uploading a print file is not required, as they cannot be personalized (for example, products from the "Additional Items" category for printed products).

The print data you upload will be automatically checked for the criteria listed in the so-called “basic data check” during the order process.

If you would like a more detailed check of your print file, you can use the professional data check, which is available for a fee and carries out additional checks in addition to all the contents of the basic data check.

You can find out what content the respective data check contains in the service description during the ordering process.

Meeting accessibility requirements

With regard to meeting accessibility requirements, we follow the criteria of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”) version 2.2.

In particular, the process for purchasing products in our web shop is designed to largely comply with WCAG criteria. The current implementation status ensures that the most important functions in the web shop (e.g., registration, placing orders, use of, and interaction with the customer account) are provided in a largely barrier-free manner.

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website to ensure that our website is accessible to all users and meets accessibility requirements as best as possible.
